Biomedical Engineering, B.S./M.S. Fast Track

Jessica Thompson, a B.S./M.S. graduate student in biomedical engineering, is using two-photon 3D printing to fabricate biodegradable tissue scaffolds. She began research in the Tucker Lab January 2016 as an undergraduate research assistant. Current studies are in search of optimal design parameters for scaffold material, printing reliability, and cell differentiation. She will be graduating with her B.S. in biomedical engineering May 2017 and continuing her education in the Tucker Lab to complete a M.S.
